 These evaluations are composed of three parts:

     -an in-office interview which takes about 45 minutes              to complete

     -completion of two personality tests also in the office                  which takes about 1.5 to two hours

      -an interview with someone you name who is familiar                   with your background. Usually this is your current or                 most recent supervisor.

 You should allow approximately three hours for completion of the evaluation. The location as described on the "Contact Us" page is in the heart of Brentwood, TN approximately one mile from the Old Hickory/Blvd Brentwood Exit on I 65.

 The current cost for the evaluation is $400 due at the time of the evaluation. You may use MC/Visa or cash. No checks please. Evaluations are an employment related expense and therefore not medically necessary. Therefore, no insurance is accepted for the evaluations. 

Turn-around time for the reports is typically one week. Every effort is made to complete reports sooner where individuals are suspended from work pending report completion. 

Recommendations from the evaluation will be communicated by TnPAP. Questions about the actual test results, etc. may be discussed via phone usually and in person by appointment. If you disagree with the results of the evaluation, current TnPAP policy allows you to seek a second evaluation if you wish at your own expense.
