I am located at 311 Franklin Road in Brentwood, Tennessee in the Counseling Center of
the Brentwood United Methodist Church at 309 Franklin Road in Brentwood. The
Counseling Center is located in a small house to the rear of the church property and is
not visible from Franklin Road. Turn into the church lot and locate the house at the
back of the church property with a mailbox saying "311" out front. (Please note: my
practice is independent of the church and I work with individuals of all religious,
non-religious, and cultural backgrounds). There is also a playground nearby that marks
the location. Upon entering the house, there is a waiting area with registration
materials located on rack immediately visible. New clients should complete materials
on the clipboard labeled "John Fite, Ph.D.- New Clients" prior to the session. Please
wait in the lobby and you will be greeted at the time scheduled for your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE! THE HOUSE IS OFF THE MAIN ROAD ON THE CAMPUS OF THE CHURCH.
