1) Call 615-337-6975 and speak directly with Dr. Fite if you have questions about whether your situation is within his scope of practice (alternatively you may email [email protected]) or use the appointment request form below.
2) If you are confident that your problem falls within his scope of practice, you can call the office manager Amber 615-509-9111 and she will schedule you. She will also answer any questions you may have about billing or policies.

Dr. Fite's policy is that the initial session is both an intake and a chance to see if this practice would be a good fit. If it appears your needs will be best served elsewhere, you will be offered several referrals and not charged. If it appears, this is a good match, the session will be charged as below.
* The cost for a session will either be the part your insurance does not cover (deductible/copay) or if you are paying out-of-pocket, the cost will be $150.00 per session. See the list of rates for more information.

**Important: Please note that the correct address to use for navigation to the office is 309 Franklin Road, Brentwood, TN 37027. The office is located in a house on the Campus of Brentwood Methodist whose address is 311 Franklin Road. Unfortunately, that address cannot be accessed via computer navigation systems accurately. All staff at the Counseling Center in the house are private practitioners and not employees of the church.
